Designed for efficiency and ease of use, the Rotary Cheese Grater has interchangeable discs which store conveniently inside the lid of the plunger. Grater comes with three discs for: fine grating, coarse grating, and shavings. To change the grate: select the desired disc, place disc with sharp edges inwards into cylinder, flip clip down to secure discs. To grate: place cheese into insert, place plunger in insert and turn plunger while puching down. Grates chocolate too.
