This 18/10 stainless-steel cheese grater manually grates small amounts of hard cheese, chocolate, or nutmeg. The grater includes one drum which easily inserts into place by releasing a latch just below the hopper. To grate, food goes into the top of the hopper and you apply some pressure on the holder as you turn the handle. The grater blade deposits your ground food out of the bottom of the hopper. This grater is dishwasher-safe.
